Short sprint to define goals and risks → rapid discovery → core journeys + prototype → test with real users → iterate → handoff or continue embedded. For Workshops & trainings, this is typically based on client needs. We will schedule a chat to discuss this. For monthly work, we run continuous cycles.
We lead discovery, UX, UI, and interactive prototypes. Your engineering team usually ships. If you need UI-heavy build support, we can take that on selectively.
